I've lived in Plano for 13 years but never noticed this place until my wife who has taken her son many times went there for breakfast and sweet baby Jesus that was a lot of food! We had bacon and hash browns for breakfast on Sunday and mixed in for our dinner. Great service!

My mom and I have passed this cute cafe many times but never stopped in. We are so glad we did! The service was excellent! Several people, including Gus came to greet us. The food came out so fast and was very good and authentic Lebanese. We will be back to try more from the menu and say Hi to our new friends!

What a cute little neighborhood diner! Small, quiet, and quaint place with excellent service and really good food! I tried the seafood omelette and got some hollandaise sauce on the side which was great! You can tell there were some regulars in there, plenty of space to sit and they have an old fashioned diner style bar to sit at!

I love this place! Gus is so nice and caring! Food was great and our server was really fun and nice. The gingerbread waffle was SO good! I usually don’t like hash brown potatoes but I tried my daughter’s and they were delicious. The portions are very generous. I can’t wait to come back and try the lunch menu. I am especially looking forward to trying the falafel. Eat locally and try this place out. Such a refreshing change from all of the chain restaurants.

Pleasant surprise. At 12:30 PM on a Sunday was in a hurry and did a Google maps search for breakfast near Legacy and Spring Creek, in Plano Texas. Little Gus popped up at the top of the list with lots of positive reviews and it said “serves breakfast all day.” Clearly a family run operation with everyone pitching in and working together with a great attitude. You can tell there are loyal local regulars; my family and I will become one of those regulars. We had two moist fluffy omelettes and a cheeseburger. Great food, and it was brought out quickly. Food would also be five stars if there was a gluten-free option to substitute for bread with the omelettes. Thanks for everything, Gus. We will be back

Fast service, huge portions, nice and honest staff, and good food. I liked the fact that the chef left the seasoning to me. Very pleasant experience overall.

We had a business breakfast at Little Gus Cafe this week, and I’ll absolutely be coming back any time I’m in Plano. The portions were generous, the quality was outstanding, and the atmosphere made it feel like we were regulars—even though it was our first visit. There were seven of us, and while we weren’t a huge group, we definitely didn’t make it easy. Everyone had their own unique twist on what they wanted—from extra crispy bacon to eggs cooked with surgical precision. But somehow, every single plate came out fast, accurate, and incredibly tasty. I had a massive omelet packed with hearty chunks of sausage, melty cheese, and onions and jalapenos so fresh they still had a little snap when you bit into them. Absolute perfection. Gus himself came out to check on us, which added a personal touch you just don’t see much anymore. It was a small moment, but it really brought the whole experience together—like the final piece of a puzzle that makes the whole picture click. I’m looking forward to many more meals with Gus and his team. This place isn’t just a great diner—it’s the kind of spot that makes you want to become a regular.
